Terms of Service
1. Who we are
MyNetWorths (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Eworldlab International, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must give accurate registration details and verify your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@mynetworths.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person per account. You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
3. What the Service does — and does not do
- Read-only and non-custodial. The Service records figures you enter yourself. It does not connect to your bank, does not hold deposits, does not process payments and cannot move or withdraw funds.
- Your figures, your responsibility. Values, balances and valuations are what you enter. We do not verify them. Totals are only as accurate as your inputs.
- Exchange rates are indicative. Currency conversions use reference rates we set from time to time. They may differ from rates offered by banks, bureaux de change or the market, and must not be relied on for transactions.
- No advice. Charts, totals, changes and any other information are for personal record-keeping and education only. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
- Not an official valuation. Figures shown are not a certified statement of net worth and must not be presented to any bank, embassy or authority as one.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break any law; record or launder proceeds of crime; attempt to access another person’s account or our systems without permission; probe, scan or test the Service’s security except through a responsible-disclosure arrangement with us; use automated tools to overload the Service; reverse-engineer it; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
5. Fees
The features in this version are provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and free features you already use will not become paid without notice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service secure and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
7. Your data
You own the information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and erases your account, assets, liabilities, snapshots, next of kin and activity history. We may close an account that breaches these Terms or has been inactive for a long period, after notice where practical.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, name and logos belong to Eworldlab International and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on information in the Service, from inaccurate figures you enter, from exchange-rate differences, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the version number and date above and, for material changes, ask you to accept the new version. We record which version you accepted and when.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. If we cannot, disputes will be resolved by the courts of Nigeria, without affecting any right you have to complain to a regulator.
